Your registration to the trial shall contain your own, correct, name and personal details and it shall only be issued once for you and not duplicated through another person, family, household, address (postal or IP), email address, Access Device or any environment where Access Devises are shared and/or account in respect of the Services. Any other registration which you file with us, or which are beneficially filled by you in relation to the trial services shall be “Duplicate Form”. We may close (at our sole discretion) any duplicate form (but shall not be obliged to do so).
Gaurs Group shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with your participation; including and without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the offering or website, its content or any errors or omissions in the Website’s content. Our Services and our Website are intended for a general audience and are not targeted to children under the age of 13. Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution:
