PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE TRIALS.
BY REGISTERING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

• Eligibility
• Registration is open to individuals who meet the prescribed age and eligibility criteria as specified by Gorakhpur Lions and/or the UPT20 League organizers.
• Applicants must possess valid identity proof and any other documents as may be required.

• Registration
• Each applicant must complete the registration form accurately and in full.
• Incomplete or false information may result in disqualification from the trials at any stage, without refund of any registration fee.
• Submission of registration does not guarantee selection or participation in the trials.

• Registration Fee
• A non-refundable registration fee is payable at the time of submission of the registration form.
• The fee is intended solely to cover administrative and organizational costs associated with conducting the trials.

• No Guarantee of Selection
• Payment of registration fees and/or participation in trials does not guarantee selection into the Gorakhpur Lions team or the UPT20 League.
• Selection is purely based on the discretion of the Franchise’s selectors, coaches, and authorized representatives.

• Trials Participation
• Participants must report on the date, time, and venue specified.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel, boarding, lodging, and all incidental expenses incurred for attending the trials.

• Fitness and Health
• By registering, the participant confirms that they are medically and physically fit to participate in the trials.
• The Franchise shall not be responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during or in connection with the trials.
• Participants are encouraged to undergo a medical check-up before attending.

• Code of Conduct
• Participants must maintain discipline, sportsmanship, and professionalism during the trials.
• The Franchise reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct, violation of instructions, or disruptive behaviour.

• Intellectual Property and Media Release
• By participating, participants grant Gorakhpur Lions, UPT20 League, and their affiliates, the unrestricted right to use their name, photograph, video, or likeness in any media for promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval.

• Changes, Cancellation, and Force Majeure
• Gorakhpur Lions reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or amend the trials without prior notice, due to any reason including but not limited to weather conditions, administrative requirements, or Force Majeure events.
• In case of cancellation initiated by the Franchise, appropriate refund processes, if applicable, shall be notified separately.

• Liability Disclaimer
• The Franchise shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or other adverse consequences suffered by participants during the course of or arising from the trials.

• Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. If you do not understand how we handle or use the personal information you provide us, we recommend that you review our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy is inseparably linked to these Terms & Conditions and its acceptance is a prerequisite to account registration.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to the trials shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Disclaimer
The Gorakhpur Lions Franchise and its management are not responsible for:

• Any false claims or misrepresentations made by third parties claiming guaranteed selection.
• Any payments made outside the official website or authorized channels.
• Any costs or damages incurred due to miscommunication, misunderstanding, or misinformation by participants.

Participants are advised to rely solely on official communication from the Franchise and its official website.
